Kevin Brown

Kevin is responsible for worldwide marketing and business development at Decru, a NetApp company. Prior to joining Decru, Kevin was a key member of the founding team of Inktomi, a pioneering infrastructure software firm. During his seven years at the company, he served in a number of executive positions, including vice president and general manager of Inktomi's networking business. Kevin was a key architect of Inktomi's marketing, strategy, and partner programs, which helped grow the company's revenue to more than $200 million. Kevin is a fellow at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Lester Center for Entrepreneurship. He earned his bachelor’s and MBA degrees at UC Berkeley and served as MBA class president.

John Gimpert

Partner, Assurance and Enterprise Risk Services

John is a national partner in the Assurance and Enterprise Risk Services practice and leads the Midwest region’s Sarbanes-Oxley/Corporate Governance practice. In this role, he is actively involved in shaping the firm’s approach for assisting clients with achieving and sustaining Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He is also actively involved in developing and providing guidance to external audit teams regarding internal control attestation services and guiding the development of leading approaches for assessing internal controls. He has also assisted the senior management of several large public organizations to perform company-wide studies of their internal control structures in response to SEC investigations.

During his over 20 years of risk and internal control experience he has served some of the firm’s largest clients with designing and implementing enterprise risk management approaches, adopting internal control frameworks, and implementing internal control self-assessment programs and leading-edge internal control management programs to develop and implement practical, cost effective approaches for complying with the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley. These approaches have included the utilization of our leading knowledgebases and technologies.

Harald Will is responsible for the foundational requirements necessary to create and successfully execute ACL's strategy. Will’s focus is on guiding the company’s product line extension and market expansion, leveraging ACL's core competencies to support growth and revenue targets. His entrepreneurial spirit has fueled ACL to become the leading global supplierof software solutions for the internal, external and public sector audit markets.

Will regularly speaks at global conferences, and is quoted in publications such as Business Week, Investor’s Business Daily, and ComputerWorld on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, audit best practices, and as a subject matter expert on data analytic technology and its role in enabling insight into the integrity of business activity. He was recently named one of Treasury & Risk Management magazine’s "100 Most Influential People in Finance" for 2005.

He is chair and a member of the board of directors of AceTech (www.acetech.org), the Academy for Technology CEOs, and was named one of the "Top 40 under 40" business people in Vancouver.
